I was one excited puppy when Target announced they would have a rotating set of designers. Target is one of my favorite places to shop and a quick trip for laundry detergent usually ends up in $150 worth of clearance clothes and cute shoes. Luella is the first of (hopefully) many designers and the time is almost up for this line. It’s time to skulk around the clearance racks. Maybe you’ll find this oh-so-summery bag.
