Nope. It’s ngoc-key.

Anyway, I love the stuff. It’s chewy and particularly tasty when fried. With cherry tomato sauce. I’m not good a recipes, but I’m going to try. Store-bought gnocchi is good, but I’m going to assume if you can find it fresh, that it’s better.

Fried Gnocchi

Olive Oil, yup. that’s it. Fry them until they’re slightly crispy and brown on the outside.

Cherry Tomato Sauce

A good amount of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half.

oregano

curry paste (I used red curry paste)

Red pepper flakes

a tiny bit of milk.

Saute the tomatoes with the oregano. Add in maybe a teaspoon of curry paste and then flakes, until it becomes a sauce. take off the heat and slowly add milk in, just enough so it looks like a cream sauce. Pour sauce over fried gnocchi.

Yum.
