It is the time of year, now that it’s just after Memorial Day, to start barbecuing. It’s one of my favorite things to do, sit in the yard and hang out, waiting for the Bratwurst or chicken breasts.
Now, I’m relegated to a Forman Grill. I would prefer a Weber or something, charcoal. Do you BBQ inside? Outside? What’s your favorite BBQ to cook on?








I read today that the difference between barbecuing and grilling is: barbecuing uses the grill as an oven, so the lid is shut and it’s a slower process than grilling, which is quick and the lid stays off. Just to add some worthless information to your blog.
