This belt is made for simple dresses that need some jazzing up. I wonder what the character means. Does anyone out there read Chinese? ($25)

I love it! Is the whole belt brass or just the front panel?
There’s no pics of the back on Refresh, but it looks like the whole thing is brass. It’ll definitely stay in place!
