I’m liking the colors and feel of the new CB2 catalog. These vases are exceptional. Skinny for a single flower, but will look good enough on their own, so they’re not taking up storage space. ($4)

OK, how can you not love something that does double-duty? I like this trend of surrounding things in glass, not that that’s a good way of explaining it. Glass suspension? Clear storage? Someone make up a name for it quick. ($20)

I love blankets. Even in the heat of summer, I curl up under one on the couch. This bright orange blanket has a plushy reverse side. Want it. ($58)

Elena e-mailed me the other day to let me know about the pillows she makes. They’re inspired by architecture and art and they’re pretty bright. They’re very art deco and handmade. ($55)
Also, she blogs about her work here.

Onley Make Believe makes custom sewn pillows in simple fabrics. A lot of the pillows they make are very art deco, but I found this cool pillow, which is a little different. It’s made with zippers. ($179)
Thanks, Hans.

Why didn’t I think of this? It’s so simple, yet awesome. Felix de Pass is way smarter than I am.
via design milk, who has a nifty new design you should check out.

Virginia Johnson makes some cute fabrics and then turns them into ever cooler pillows. I want. ($115)

This swallow mobile adds a really good silhouette to your wall. Made in Denmark, they’re ready to hang once you get ‘em. ($22.50)

Apparently, I’ve got a poster thing these days. I like the prints and posters done by strawberry luna. There’s concert posters, but also prints of original artwork like this crazy thing. Awesome. ($15)
