Thanksgiving is next week. Less than seven days from now families will gather around turkey and such that someone has slaved over. I’m having two guests, so far. And one of them is my brother’s new girl, whom I feel the need to impress. So that means the serious cooking skills are coming out. And I’m making a test run for my hungry friends this weekend. I’ll take pictures.

Your party just is not complete unless you get a DIY swan ice sculpture kit. Would’nt it look nice next to the wienies in BBQ sauce? Just pour some water in the mold and let it freeze overnight. ($20)
